- added support for mod affix, tier and ranges at the item parser
- added new pseudo modifiers (empty suffix, empty prefix, empty affix and crafted affix)
- added DPS, pDPS and eDPS properties for items at the market
- updated initial evaluate request mapping to be inside the defined mod ranges
- updated evaluate dialog UX of enabling/ disabling mods
- updated pseudo modifiers behavior to be more strict before being displayed
- removed pseudo modifiers replacing actual mods on the item
- fixed blighted maps missing from poe.ninja
