- added new pseudo mods for quality modifiers (catalysts)
- added network request throttling for background workers to prevent network spikes
- updated quality enricher to ignore items with quality > 20%
- updated static data to 3.14.2
- updated calculation of pseudo mods affected by catalysts - they now include the quality modifier
- fixed a bug that prevented influences to be mapped as pseudo if the item was unidentified
- fixed a bug that prevented enchanted mods to be parsed if they end with a whitespace
