• Evaluate now treats #% reduced Charm Effect Duration and # to Maximum Rage(if negative) as lower-is-better stats

• Evaluate no longer uses a numeric radius value for Upgrades Radius to Medium/Large
• Evaluate now correctly parses Gem Level for corrupted gems with a negative level modifier
• Trade no longer splits whole prices into multiple currencies unnecessarily
