These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PoE Overlay website and desktop application ("app").

8. Limitation of Liability
PoE Overlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's performance or reliability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
