• Evaluate/Market now supports #% increased/reduced Rarity of Items found as weighted search pseudo mods
• Evaluate/Market now has a toggle for Modifiable items (not Corrupted or Twice Corrupted or Sanctified or Mirrored)
• Service Board now has a progression system based on vouches, unlocking new cosmetic rewards and features
• Service Board now allows setting a custom username after reaching the first vouch milestone
